Given to Christ Church Kirkland on February 20th, 2005 by Dutch Sheets:
“Keys are being given to this house, they are for the heavens. I want to pray over this house. I think there as been maybe twice in 5-6 years that God has led me to speak to a congregation on Isaiah 22:22(Key of the House of David on his shoulder, when he opens no one will shut, when he shuts no one will open. And I will drive him like a peg in a firm place, and he will become a throne of glory in his Father’s house.”) There are very few people who move corporately into this. It has to do with a pleasure from the Lord on this house, but also has to do with the interesting blend of revelation here. You are going to be known as one of the places that has one of the most unique mixes of head and heart, intellect and spirit, Spirit and Word. Matt. 16:19
Joseph, by the way, was given a double portion inheritance. “You get a double she-chem. You get a double governmental anointing, Joseph. That was what was on him. And, by the way, that anointing is on this house. You have a Joseph anointing upon you, and there is a double thing that is coming to this house.”
You have got to learn to go up into the heavenlies and follow the breaker up there because that is where you get breakthrough. I you go do that, it will change things here, your plans won’t work until you do that.
You are an air church, God is about to take you to a place of higher authority where you learn like never before you have authority to go into that realm of the spirit and do things. You are going to learn to break through for Him like you have never broken through before. GOD IS GOING TO ALLOW A CANOPY OF HIS PRESENCE TO BE RELEASED FROM THIS PLACE THAT WAFTS OVER ALL OF WASHINGTON.
You are going to see miracles in this house; you are going to get them out of the air. You are going to understand how to do this in a very special way. Because you have learned how to pull them out of the air, you are going t see them in this room, you are going to see them on the streets of Seattle, or wherever we are. Are you ready for this? Can you embrace this calling?
“Father, in Jesus’ name I decree over this house Your Word. You said, “You will decree a decree, and it will be established. We decree the Word of the Lord over this house, this leadership team, this man and woman, Lord, this father, we decree over them right now that they are going to a new level of authority in the Spirit, keys to the kingdom of the heavens, to close doors that will never be reopened and open doors that will not be closed. They will learn in a new way what it means to govern for You in the heavenlies. They will change laws from this house, they will break through demonic strongholds from this house, they will call things from heaven to earth. They will bind and it will be bound; they will loose and it will be loosed. They will changes things on earth because they decree it in the heavens.
I speak over you a new mindset, a new understanding, revelation to begin to come to you. Understanding in your dreams; just insights in your sleep, scriptures coming alive to you. You are going to go down a journey where God begins to unfold revelation to you. It’s going to be for you but it is going to be for way more than you. You are going to teach it, impart it, give it to many others, and you are going to change things on earth because God is going to download to you a whole new realm of revelation.
I SPEAK IT NOW OVER THIS PLACE. I CALL YOU WARRIORS IN THE HEAVENLIES, GOVERNING POWERS OF THIS REGION. YOU ARE IN CHARGE. YOU ARE IN CHARGE IN THE SPIRIT, NOT THE EVIL ONE, NOT THE POWERS OF DARKNESS. THANK YOU FATHER, THANK YOU LORD.
Now raise your hands high and begin to receive it. This is a corporate thing on this house. It’s going to start at the head, but it is flowing down to the body. In fact, hold up your keys and say to the Lord in your heart, ‘we embrace this calling as a house. We are going to be a house that understands in a whole new way how to do business in the Spirit. We are going to be the church and function as the church was first meant to function: in the heavenly realm. You’re going to teach us breakthrough in the spirit realm, so we can breakthrough on earth. We are going to new places in You, God.
The Harvest is going to be the result, the reformation is going to be the result, and breakthroughs over people’s lives are going to be the result. Demonic powers are going to be set back. Great, great things are going to take place.
I’ll tell you that when this starts happening you keep focusing upward – when this begins to happen there is also a great breakthrough in revelation that begins to come. Because what happens is that a the heavens that have been as brass, that have been holding back breakthrough over regions, and it translates even down to people something changes, and the ceiling in the Spirit breaks, and then the heavens are open and revelation begins to come.
GOD SAYS THAT IT IS GOING TO BEGIN TO HAPPEN HERE, THEN FOR THIS REGION.
Once this starts happening in the church, breakthrough starts happening over people, and they will start getting saved, scales fall off their eyes, because they live not in a atmosphere of deception, which has been over this region big time – they begin to live in an atmospheres of an OPEN HEAVEN. They won’t even realize why, they are just going to see things differently, because the veil is going to lift, revelation is going to come. They are just going to show up around here and say, “I don’t know; I just want God, I’m drawn to the things of God. I have questions I have never had. Somebody help me with this.” They are going to start coming to the people of God because when breakthrough hits the church, it break through for the region, and affects everybody.
Raise your hands one more time. Lord, we say breakthrough is coming in the Spirit. Doors are about to open. The ceiling is about to be broken through. Gates are going to open. Doors are going to close to the enemy. And there is a new release in the atmosphere over this region. We decree it NOW BEGINS, IN JESUS’ NAME.
